TYPES OF APTITUDE TESTING

It measures your capacity for deriving the meaning, details, and implications of the provided diagrams and working with them.

  • Verbal reasoning — Verbal thinking abilities are highly prized in occupations like engineering and other more technical ones like law, the public sector, retail, and marketing.


  • Abstract reasoning — Abstract reasoning is also important for working in the field of design since design is often concerned with the expression of abstract ideas or themes. Finally, abstract reasoning can also be very important in management, especially at the higher levels where one needs to see how the different parts of a complex organization fit together.

How successfully a candidate adapts to the environment in the organization can be assessed through tests.
